To mark the 2022 Feis Ile Festival on the Scottish island of Islay, the grumpy Fischer Big Peat on his grill.
In the finest Scottish rainy weather, he lives up to his slogan "Does it smell like smoke here?" all credit and leaves it with an alcohol content of 54.2%vol. a lot of smoke.
Of course, the bottling was uncolored and unfiltered, entirely in the Douglas Laing tradition!
