According to an old Nordic process, the rye was treated in an old Barn a touch of Alder smoke buried.
The whisky then matures in exBourbon-, French oak- and new American white oak Casks.

Nose: clearly malted rye with aromas of alder smoke, vanilla and caramel
Palate: bold and spicy rye with a hint of dry alder smoke
