The rum from the distillery Trinidad Distillers Limited was distilled from molasses in the column still and first matured for seven years in American Bourbon Casks (200l) in Trinidad.
Then the rum was matured for another year in former Ferrand Cognac Casks (350l) in France .
Nose: Aromas of white chocolate and light fruits, plus fine citrus aromas with a pleasant freshness
Palate: the rum is inspiring with deep fruit notes and fine hints of spices and wood
Finish: clearly chocolate and spicy notes on the finish
