A single malt whisky from Islay, Scotland, bottled in cask strength by independent bottler Ian MacLeod - as it comes from the Cask - "As we get it"!
Nose: Sweet, powerful peat smoke with sweet aromas of butterscotch and fresh vanilla - then ripe barley and aged leather follow
Palate: Mouth-filling and powerful in taste - the sweet peat smoke is now dominant, along with notes of spicy oak
Finish: Long on the finish - the peat smoke and the spicy oak are present - again the old leather and slight hints of fudge
