Don Papa celebrates the passion and exuberance of Papa Isio, the heroic Freedom fighters and shamans of the island of Negros, where the famous Don Papa Rum is made and where the hero campaigned for the independence of his home island.
Distilled from the special "Black Gold" molasses, the Don Papa Baroko matures for several years at the foot of the Kanlaon mountain on the island of Negros long in American white oak barrels before blending gives it a rich, soft finish.
Embodies the resulting rum-based spirit t the original style of Don Papa - an aroma bursting with citrus notes and vanilla, a full-bodied and full-bodied taste with candied fruits and honey, as well as a long, strong finish with a hint of oak and spice.
