The Campbeltown Malts Festival takes place for a week each May and gives the few Campbeltown distilleries that survived in the historic area the ability to open their doors to local people and visitors from afar to open.
It was bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%vol. Alcohol content.
The bottle features the new Glen Scotia design.
Palate: the taste of syrup and spices is enhanced by the influence of peat, which combine in a harmonious feast of taste.
Finish: the Finish? It's the essence of Campbeltown, with hints of saltiness and maritime nuances.

Ein sehr schöner junger rauchiger Single Malt aus dem Hause von Glen Scotia. Das PX Finish verlieht dem Whisky viele Noten von Trockenfrüchten, aber ohne eine klebrige Süße. Aus dem Grund ein Muss für Fans von Glen Scotia. Der Whisky ist zwar 8 Jahre jung, aber die Qualität der Abfüllung ist trotzdem exzellent.
