Eamon Jones and Aidan Smith had already gained extensive experience in the Scottish whiskey business with Fox Fitzgerald.
With their Rest & Be Thankful Rum range, they are now conquering the hearts of demanding sugar cane fans.
This is achieved with authentic bottlings without additives, colorings or chill filtration.
These include complex small batch rums such as the Monymusk 2012, an assemblage in the light style of the Monymusk or Clarendon Distillery from 24 American oak barrels.
