Nose: ccreamy and fruity Aromas, plus clear vanilla cream and blackberry jelly - then ripe red apples and cherries follow - above all the smoke from burning logs with hints of toffee and butterscotch
Palate: the smoke again, plus tannins and sweet confectionery, followed by ripe cranberries and raspberries - delicate malt tones above all
