Since 2017, a group of young people from Edinburgh, which is steeped in nautical history, has been paying homage to an "Unsung Hero" of British maritime history: Dr. James Lind.
In the 18th century, he developed a form of therapy against scurvy using vitamin-rich limes. In doing so, he saved the lives of many sailors.
Finally a Scottish gin that is produced sustainably and with excellent craftsmanship.
A team of gin experts here in Edinburgh are on a mission to create a juniper brandy that stands out from the oversupply in the market in a classic way.
The aim is to achieve the originally intended effect with a classic London Dry Gin: the perfect balance between the basic ingredients juniper, lime and pink pepper.

There was gold at the Gin Masters 2020 of THE SPIRITS BUSINESS Awards.
The bottle alone was awarded double gold at the WORLD SPIRITS Design Competition 2020 in San Francisco.

Nose: Juniper with hints of pepper, both of which are accompanied by a gentle citrus scent.
Taste: Juniper and lime zest harmonize softly with a pleasant drinking sensation, pink peppercorns create a slightly tingling note in the finish.
