This single malt whisky from the Linkwood distillery matured for over 12 years in the two former bourbon barrels #33997 & #33998 - distilled on April 17th, 2009, the casks were married after maturation and on February 3rd, 2022 by the independent bottler Signatory bottled in the Un-chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: smooth with clear vanilla notes Aromas, plus soft butterscotch and tones of barley and spicy oak
Taste: creamy in taste with balanced notes of malt and butterscotch - above all spicy notes, especially thyme and heather
Finish: the finish is spicy-soft with light Hints of vanilla and oak
