Signatory selected two Hogsheads from the Scottish Highland distillery Mannochmore for this 13-year-old bottling in the vintage range.
Distilled on September 17, 2008, the two casks matured #12252 & #12259 over 13 years, then Signatory married the casks together and bottled them on February 07, 2022.
Nose: sumptuously spicy aromas of coriander, nutmeg and moist forest soil, then clearly vanilla and malt with a light honey sweetness
Taste: soft and creamy in taste - again the elegant spiciness, this is accompanied by pronounced notes of dried tobacco leaves and roasted coffee beans
Finish: long finish - carried by the spicy tones - above all now notes of red Apples and brown cane sugar
