Distilled on December 21, 2011, the single malt whisky matured over ten years in cask #481, bottled on February 03, 2022.
Nose: spicy oak and aromas of pastries, plus sherry aromas with liquorice and some fennel seed
Palate: the pastry again, plus caramel and floral notes - then clearly sherry and dark chocolate again
Finish: short, warming finish with light sherry tones
