Product information "Tomatin Cù Bòcan Creation #3 46%vol. 0,7l"
With Cù Bòcan, the Highland distillery Tomatin has been bringing interesting whiskys onto the market for years, which have been allowed to mature in a wide variety of cask types.
Creation #3 matured in former Moroccan Cabernet Sauvignon and American Rye whiskey casks.

Nose: Aromas of rose water, strawberries and dark figs, balanced spices, tropical fruits.
Taste: light smoke with notes of strawberries in balsamic vinegar, plus exotic spices and citrus fruits

Cù Bòcan (spoken: Kü Boken) is Gaelic and means ghost dog.
Scotland is a land of stories and legends - this story tells of a great, black monster roaming the highlands moors.
Legend has it that the monster is rarely seen once per generation.
A distillery employee tells us that he met the monster late at night, but despite his anxiety, he wanted to touch the creature and only caught in the blue smoke that disappeared in the moor ....
