We start with the three most popular "flavors" "Smoky with Peat", "Bourbon Cask Matured" and "Sherry Cask Matured".
For this bottling, Gordon & MacPhail distilled a Tomatin from the Scottish Highlands in 2009, which matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks.
Nose: soft and sweet with intense aromas of mild honey - behind them ripe pears and spring flowers
Taste: full and round in the taste with strong fruity notes of melons and peaches, paired with vanilla pudding and fresh herbs
Finish: long and soft in the finish - the sweetness fades into the background, now more clearly fresh herbs and spicy oak
