Distilled in the Clarendon Distillery in Jamaica.
Maturation took place for 13 years in American ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a two-year finish in 350 liter Ferrand cognac casks.
Nose: iintense aromas of ripe bananas and vanilla, combined with apricots and allspice - behind Hints of persimmons, orange peel and ginger - as well as sea air and tar aromas
Taste: rich, fruity profile with notes of spicy wood and vanilla, reminiscent of vanilla pudding and toast - behind it melons, guavas and cooked apples
Finish: long finish with coconut milk, oak, spices, vanilla, liquorice, bananas and star anise
