He obtains the whiskey for his bottlings from various Irish distilleries, as does the casks for this bottling - 14-year-old exBourbon and exOloroso sherry casks were selected.
Nose: intense aromas of oranges and sherry, behind which aromas of almonds and marzipan can be recognized
Taste: Full and mellow on the palate with elegant notes of roasted nuts and fire roasted marshmallows - complemented by ripe bananas, coconut and light hints of citrus
Finish: medium-length finish with a light sweetness of ripe fruit - slightly nutty
