Fresh from Kentucky, the casks arrive in the Cotswolds undamped and therefore still damp, the staves soaked with wonderful Bourbon whisky.
After patient maturation, they give the English single malt delicious notes of vanilla, caramelized figs and honey, the whisky purists at cask strength 59.1%vol. alcohol content.
