Spectrum 004 extends the series in which the Indian flagship distillery is experimenting with specially built hybrid Casks.
After the initial maturation in a former Bourbon Cask, Amrut Spectrum 004 enjoyed a finish in Oak Casks, which consist of four different components: at level three, burnt-out American Oak, slightly burnt-out French Oak and staves from Casks containing Oloroso- and Pedro Ximénez-Sherry were preallocated.
The result is what the name promises - a spectrum of flavors that come with an alcohol content of 50%vol. fully unfolded.

Taste: Sherry and oak are very present, then again the dates and raisins, nutty and spicy notes of ginger and nutmeg, a little coriander
Finish: a little sherry and dark chocolate, with the spicy notes again - very long finish
