It was not until 1988 that Andrew Symington founded Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company Ltd.
Nevertheless, the exclusive bottlings of one of the most successful independent bottlers in Scotland have become an indispensable part of the shelves of whisky fans.
The limited bottlings from a few Casks come on the market in rows - such as the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Range.

Despite the comparatively low drinking strength of 46%vol. Alcohol content, the whiskys in the range are Un-chillfiltered.
The result: They retain their full aroma, enable more varied taste experiences and also stand out visually.
In a cool environment, but especially when adding ice cubes or cold water, the fillings can become cloudy in a natural way.
