When Abe Rosenberg died on June 5th, 1994, he left a treasure behind in the amount of approx. 4,500. The unit: full whisky casks.
Since the 1960s, the American businessman had tracked down and acquired these mainly from Islay and Highland distilleries - as well as the Scottish family company Duncan Taylor & Co., which was to become the center of his whisky collection.
The collection is now not only one of the world's most extensive and valuable collections of its kind, but also extremely exclusive.

In addition to this spicy-smoky 11-year-old Ardmore with an intense peat content due to maturation in the peated cask, including the following two bottlings:
A 12-year-old Bunnahabhain who was allowed to mature in a sherry barrel and a tempting dark Brackla from 2011, which in turn matured for ten years in Andalusian sherry casks.
