Single grain in perfection - distilled in October 1991, this Single Grain Whisky from the Cameronbridge distillery matured over 30 years in a Refill Hogshead , then Douglas Laing filled the Cask to just 256 bottles in 2021.

Nose: initially melted butter, with cane sugar and citrus fruits, followed by spicy oak and ripe grain

Taste: mouth-filling, now the grain is clearly visible, with soft caramel and toffee fudge - roasted coffee on top of everything
Finish: in the long finish again caramel, accompanied by notes of mild spices and maple syrup
