The new ElsBurn Malaga Casks lacks aromatic variety not.
The Original Hercynian Single Malt was aged in Spanish Casks. Before that, the southern or fortified wine Malaga from the region of the same name matured in them.
It is made from semi-dry Moscatel and very sweet Pedro Ximénez grapes and is reminiscent of lovely sherries.
For the new ElsBurn this means: a wealth of flavors such as oily raisins, chocolate, tangerine, toffee and jam as well as a fantastic apricot note.
The pleasure experience for is only available 1,600 times.
