Distilled in the Alcoholes del Istmo Distillery in Panama.
Maturation took place for 12 years in American ex-Bourbon Casks, followed by a one-year finish in 350 liter Ferrand cognac Casks.
Nose: fruity-spicy aromas in the nose of peaches, red berries, Orange peel and nutmeg develop into white pepper, lemongrass, pears and custard
Taste: extremely structured and complex with red apples, honey, roasted hazelnuts and a hint of toffee
