Signatory selected two former first fill Bourbon Barrels from the Scottish Highland distillery Royal Brackla, distilled on June 16, 2009, for this bottling, the single malt whisky matured for twelve years, then the independent bottler filled the Barrels on August 2, 2021 in the Vintage series from.
Nose: immediately the fruitiness typical of the distillery, ripe exotic fruits, paired with vanilla and slightly malty aromas
Taste: the fruits again, especially apple and lemon - plus now a peppery flavor and soft, light chocolate
Finish: balanced, medium-long finish
