The second bottling of the young distillery Wolfburn, Scotland's northernmost distillery on the mainland.
Aurora matured in former bourbon (80%) and sherry casks (20%).
Nose: clearly a pleasant sherry sweetness, with dried fruits and malt
Taste: warming and soft in the taste, again the sherry, then ripe autumn fruits and nuttige notes - in the background spicy tones
Finish: a long, warm finish, the sherry and fruits remain present
