The whisky distilled in 2008 began to mature in traditional Scotch whisky oak Casks before it was relocated to exMonbazillac, exSauternes-, exRivesaltes and exCognac barrels for the final stage of the process.
The result is a great Collection of four types of whisky.
All wine and spirits finishes are 12 years old and were moved to the respective wine and spirits barrels for final maturation in July 2017.

Rivesaltes Edition
Nose: elegant, ripe aromas of fresh fruits - typical of Rivesaltes wines - with nutty aromas
Taste: now the contrasting sweet and bitter aromas dominate, which are held together by the underlying barley notes
Finish: the finish is velvety with notes from the palate that linger for a while
