The whisky distilled in 2008 began to mature in traditional Scotch whisky oak Casks before it was relocated to exMonbazillac, exSauternes-, exRivesaltes and exCognac barrels for the final stage of the process.
The result is a great Collection of four types of whisky.
All wine and spirits finishes are 12 years old and were moved to the respective wine and spirits barrels for final maturation in July 2017.

Sauternes Edition
Nose: rich aromas of ripe peaches and apricots - behind them Manuka honey
Taste: again the sweet honey, accompanied by coconut and ginger
Finish: the finish is wonderfully sweet and fresh with a syrupy mouthfeel that clearly shows the Sauternes Cask
