The whisky distilled in 2008 began to mature in traditional Scotch whisky oak Casks before it was relocated to exMonbazillac, exSauternes-, exRivesaltes and exCognac barrels for the final stage of the process.
The result is a great Collection of four types of whisky.
All wine and spirits finishes are 12 years old and were moved to the respective wine and spirits barrels for final maturation in July 2017.

Monbazillac Edition
Nose: dark maple syrup and strong espresso, plus the scent of baked apples with cinnamon
Taste: a light one Sweetness of ripe grains, then milk chocolate and honeycomb, followed by subtle spices and rising nutty notes
Finish: the finish is rich with tones of walnuts and maple syrup
