Product information "GlenAllachie 2009/2021 Cuvée Cask Finish 55,9%vol. 0,7l"
Master Distiller Billy Walker once again had the opportunity to demonstrate his great instinct for Casks.
The living legend carefully selected and combined Barrels, Puncheons and casks to create a new GlenAllachie Whisky Cuvée.

The Single Malt, bottled exclusively for Germany, first matured in Barrels made of American Oak.
For an additional, aroma-intensive maturation process, Billy Walker selected another three Cask types of different characters.
In addition to Oloroso Sherry Puncheons and Casks made from the wood of the North American Chinquapin Oak, the choice fell on Barrique Casks from the famous Tuscan winery Grattamacco.

The result: A surprisingly exotic, extraordinary Single Malt Cuvée with complex aromas from watermelon to ripe figs.
The Chinquapin Oak provides a tangy touch, while the Barrique Casks add warm toffee tones and notes of stone fruit.
Finally, the Andalusian Puncheons with their creamy properties round off everything harmoniously.

Nose: heather honey, ripe berries and watermelon with mocha and ginger
Taste: an abundance of toffee and heather honey with hints of dark chocolate and Mocha that melts with ripe figs and orange zest
