Nose: reminiscent of the sweetness of a liqueur with aromas of ripe apples and pears, then raisins, vanilla, followed by creamy toffee and herbs

Taste: dark fruits and ripe grapes, traces of mango, paired with an elegant vanilla-honey sweetness and a little caramel.
Finish: bittersweet finish - short to medium finish
