The Spring Stallion - 2021 Special Release

The lands of Royal Deeside were once covered in a thick and cold mist until a proud stallion, white as snow, broke the icy veil.
His gallop drives the stills of Royal Lochnagar and gives them the sparkling freshness of spring.

Nose: the very soft and round nose swirls with fine aromas - the main notes are slightly fruity with nuances of orange peel and green apple - after a while they are covered with a touch of puff pastry, carried by a mossy, slightly woody base note - water supports the fruit with strong grape aromas and brings out spicy aromas

Taste: the creamy texture flatters the Along the palate, lively sweet like barley sugar and intense from the first contact with full fruit acid in the middle palate, which develops an oak-accentuated dryness. - with a little water the already palpable creaminess and sweetness give way until a stimulatingly sharp warmth is created
