Nose: mild, dry and then: wonderfully aromatic - clear, fresh and maritime with superficial aromas of sea air and Himalayan salt, supported by fragrant smoke from dried Lapsang Souchong and minerals - behind this lie aromas of cocoa and dried seaweed, with a hint of lemon peel - this salty sweetness is inspired by the wood smoke of a distant campfire Coast
Taste: the texture is soft and pleasantly oily; the taste begins sweetly, then breaks out into a lemon-sour growl - every sip is crowned by a trace of sea salt with the persistent presence of charcoal - a drop of water rounds off the salty taste into a soft sweetness
