Distilled in February 2012, this Penderyn Single Malt Whisky matured in a single former Oloroso Sherry Cask and was bottled to just 297 bottles in August 2020.
Nose: very nicely balanced with wonderful fruit and spice aromas, clearly sultanas, figs, plums, cinnamon and nutmeg
Taste: Honey-sweet barley and dried berries, with notes of black pepper, roasted coffee and a hint of cocoa powder
Finish: roasted oak and sweet syrup cake
