The Hinch Craft & Casks Imperial Stout Finish now once again offers a completely new flavor profile: whiskey that matured in craft beer barrels and so an unusual and unique marriage of the creates both Irish national drinks, beer and whiskey.
The barrels from the Irish Whitewater Brewery had previously matured "Kreme de la Kremlin" - a voluminous imperial stout with 10.5%vol. Alcohol content.
Nose: Aromas of fresh fruits rise, followed by buttered toffee and a hint of banana - followed by dark cocoa and heavily roasted coffee - the typical aromas of the stout
Taste: exquisite mouthfeel that offers a variety of creamy toffee, coffee and vanilla - a hint of lemon zest and cinnamon spice, balanced by caramelized sugar, completes the profile
Finish: dark chocolate dominates the finish
