Since March 4th, 2008 the Speyside Single Malt Whisky has been resting in a 600 liter Andalusian oak barrel, a so-called puncheon.

Filled with a large barrel, the mahogany-colored Dram organizes a firework of aromas from heather honey to almonds, cinnamon and figs to ginger.

Nose: Layers of heather honey, molasses and chocolate with dried fruits, grape must, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg

Taste: bursting with notes such as mocha, almonds and figs that merge with heather honey, orange zest and ginger
