A total of nine single cask bottlings together form the "An Samhradh 2021" (summer 2021) series from Kilchoman.
This bottling matured first in a first-filled Bourbon barrel, then for a further 6 months in a former Sauternes wine barrel.
The finish in the former Sauternes barrel brings a creamy, buttery note, very nicely balanced with citrus notes and smoke.
