The distillery is located in Moncalieri, just outside the city of Turin - one Area known for the production of fine wines and spirits.

Torino Distillati was founded in 1906 and is run by the Vermeano family - Carlo, his wife Piera and their children Rita and Valter.

Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni are the accomplished master distillers. Carlo Wahrano and Beppe Ronco, the distillers from MALFY Gin, are avid alpinists.
When climbing the summit of Monviso (which can be seen from the distillery), they were inspired by the wild juniper, the pure spring water and the amazing colors of the mountain lakes.

Malfy Gin is made with juniper, coriander and originals five other botanicals are distilled and mixed with pure spring water from the nearby mountain Monviso.
The bottom of the bottle is inspired by the mountain lakes and the label color reflects the snow-capped peak.

Colour: crystal clear like freshly melted ice

Nose: juniper, coriander and aniseed aromas

Taste: (almost salty) dry, with a light liquorice note that rounds off the complex juniper and liquorice aromas

Botanicals: juniper, Italian lemons (from coastal cultivation), coriander, cassia bark, angelica and licorice roots, peel of Sicilian grapefruit
