After maturing in the finest exOloroso sherry and exBourbon Casks, the 18-year-old is married in individually numbered barrels for at least three months.
Each batch consists of approx. 150 Casks - three months of aging in specially built large Oak Casks (marrying tuns). Each bottle is individually numbered.
Nose: remarkably full aroma, ripe fruits and spicy apple, plus robust oak aromas
Taste: full-bodied, notes of fine dried fruits and candied citrus peel - behind that dates and again the oak
Finish: warm and long with a soft finish
