Product information "Lindores MCDXCIV Commemorative First Release 46%vol. 0,7l"
The limited first Anniversary Bottling for the opening of the Lindores Abbey Distillery!

The Lindores Abbey Distillery is located in the Scottish Lowlands near Fife and is the Place first in a written source from 1494 there is reference to the production of Whisky in Scotland.
Brother John Cor, a monk of Lindores Abbey, was commissioned for King James IV made "aqua vitae" (the water of life), as Whisky was called back then, from barley.

Lindores Abbey Distillery has been producing spirit with its Pot Stills at this location since 2017.

The time has come in 2021 and the first Single Malt Whisky will be presented!

Nose: elegant and soft with gentle aromas of vanilla and caramel, plus ripe fruit d sweet pear candy - above all toffee apples
Taste: soft and round with a creamy texture - very nicely balanced - again the vanilla, with notes of dried fruit, some citrus fruit and a hint of spices
Finish: medium length Finish - delicate and balanced

Outturn: 12,750 bottles
