Distilled in the Beenleigh Artisan Distillery in Australia.
The Maturation took place for 13 years in American ex-Bourbon Casks, followed by a one-year finish in 350 liter Ferrand Cognac Casks.
The rum is smooth and soft on the palate with spicy and fruity notes.
Nose: stone fruit, especially peaches and apricots, with a touch of fresh vanilla, coconuts and floral aromas of iris and lilac
Taste: extremely structured and complex with notes of cooked fruits, plus citrus fruits and soft hints of cocoa Finish: the finish has a nice length with tones of exotic fruits, vanilla and some wood
