Selected and bottled by Chantal Comte in the cellars of Maison La Mauny, Rivière-Pilote in Martinique.
This cuvée comes from chamber 11, which was harvested and distilled in 2010 and matured in American oak Casks with bourbon in September 2011.
Matured for nine years, bottled on May 5, 2021 - 1,800 70 cl bottles come from this cuvée, numbered from 0001 to 1800.
Filled in an Oslo bottle with natural cork and a pewter stopper with a tear strip.
Packed in an engraved single wooden box.
The label is illustrated with an original drawing by Cyril Girard, a scientific researcher and nature painter.
