For seven generations, the Isautier company, based on the beautiful island of La Réunion, has been producing rum qualities of the highest quality.

Perfectly balanced, the aged Isautier rums are presented in a very individual style: fresh and fruity with delicate oak tones and wonderful notes of sea spray.
This 7-year-old Rhum Vieux was made from the finest island molasses, carefully distilled in column still and gently chilled-filtered.
This rum then experiences its maturity phase of over seven years in first new French Oak Casks and then in old, so-called "fûts roux" Casks.
The result is a wonderfully matured rum with intense aromas.
It is rich, lush and lively with particularly beautiful fruity notes.
Nose: in the nose the aromas of ripe fruits, candied fruits and citrus fruits mix with light roasted and vanilla aromas
Taste: on the palate it is lush, round and smooth, with a perfect balance between elegant fruit notes and spices such as ginger
Finish: delicious woody, fruity and fine menthol notes give a feeling of aromatic freshness in the pleasantly long finish
