Only two casks were selected for this bottling of a 12 year old Glen Elgin from Speyside, Scotland.
The two Hogsheads #806360 & #806361 were distilled on September 16, 2009, 12 years later the casks were married and bottled on November 19, 2021 in the Un-chillfiltered Collection of the independent bottler Signatory.
Nose: elegant with light Sweet aromas of mild honey and fresh vanilla pods, behind which are slightly spicy oak aromas
Taste: soft and mouth-filling in taste, again the honey and vanilla, some toffee and light notes of tropical fruits
Finish: long and soft in the finish
