The Bottling of the Wolfburn Vibrant Still for Germany in 2021 is limited to 1,206 Bottles - a vatting from first-filled ex-Bourbon Barrels, which received a final maturation in the most intense Port Ruby Hogsheads.
The Casks are from the second distillation year 2014 and matured seven years before they were married and with one alcohol content of 50%vol. were filled.
Of course bottled without chillfiltration and without coloring!
Nose: Raspberry cake, vanilla, biscuit, red currant juice, red fruit jelly, delicate herbs such as sage and menthol
