Bladnoch is planning a limited edition of this single malt every year - this scarcity "is due to the long "silent stills" of the distillery, so was Bladnoch in the years from 1993 to 2001 and in the years from 2009 to 2017 not in production.
The available Casks are rare and truly small Lowland jewels!
Nose: dark liquorice and old oak, floral aromas in the background
Taste: again the liquorice, with dried apricots, almonds and nutmeg
Finish: long finish with a dry sweetness
