Distilled on May 13th 2011, the Single Malt Whisky matured over ten years in Cask #188, bottled on May 26th 2021.
Nose: spicy oak and pastry aromas, plus sherry aromas with liquorice and some fennel seeds
Taste: the pastries again, with caramel and floral notes - then clearly sherry and dark chocolate again
Finish: short, warm finish with light sherry tones
