Billy Walker's dream came true: from the vintage stocks of the GlenAllachie Distillery has created a proud 30-year-old bottling by the industry legend!
For the optimal interplay of distillery character and wood, he chose a combination of 1989 and 1990 vintages, which apart from a small amount of Chinquapin Virgin Oak casks, mainly in former Pedro Ximénez sherry and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons matured.
A total of nine Casks were married by Billy Walker for the first batch - the oldest and most prestigious core-range bottling of the independent Speyside distillery.
