Billy Walker's dream came true: from the vintage stocks of the GlenAllachie Distillery has created a proud 30-year-old bottling by the industry legend!
For the optimal interplay of distillery character and wood, he chose a combination of 1989 and 1990 vintages, which apart from a small amount of Chinquapin Virgin Oak casks, mainly in former Pedro Ximénez sherry and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons matured.

A total of nine Casks were married by Billy Walker for the first batch - the oldest and most prestigious core-range bottling of the independent Speyside distillery.

Filled in cask strength With 48.9%vol., Not chill-filtered and in natural mahogany, the 30-year-old offers sherry-aged single malt sophistication and "GlenAllachie" in perhaps its purest form: notes of fruit cake and dark chocolate merge with the typical notes of soft honey.
Connoisseurs can look forward to a new bottling every year.

The first batch is limited to 2,000 bottles worldwide!
