This famous Savoire Faire Ville Bague Vintage 2004 from the New Grove Estate in Mauritius is a high quality, strong and spicy rum that is 16 years old the longest maturation of the noble Savoire Faire range from New Grove.
A premium rum made from molasses, traditionally produced in the Grays Distillery, was made in Year 2004 in the column still process continuously and & nbsp; gently distilled.
The distillate then matured for 16 long years under the Mauritius sun, initially in new French oak barrels, followed by a finish in ex-cognac barrels, which this one Gave rum its unique flavor profile.
The single cask bottling with 45%vol. and without the addition of artificial additives, was made in 2020 as a limited edition with just under 2,000 Bottles.
Nose: intense aromas of tropical fruits, light spices, a bit of sweetness, accompanied by restrained tobacco and oak notes
