This bottling honors the women and men of Australia and New Zealand who served their country in wars.
For this bottling were barrels from the New Zealand Dunedin distillery and a very well-known Tasmanian distillery.
Nose: soft, sweet honey with juicy raisins and ripe berry fruits, spicy aromas behind
Taste: soft and creamy with ripe fruit, dried fruit, especially apricots and figs - followed by dark chocolate and cane sugar with slightly spicy approaches
Finish: very nice balance of sweetness and spiciness with hints of spicy oak and sweet sherry
