Was founded in 1770 under the name Dundashill the Glasgow Distillery one of Scotland's first licensed whisky distilleries - and one of the largest for malt whisky.
At the end of the 19th century, the municipal distillery produced an extraordinary 360,000 gallons per year - until 1902.
Starting up as The Glasgow Distillery Company, the distillery ushered in a new whiskey era for Scotland's largest city.

In autumn 2020 the distillery celebrated the first ever single Cask bottling for Germany.
Now, in June 2021, the Glaswegians are adding more for German customers - with one 5 year old limited release from a In the first-filled exOloroso sherry Cask.
The amber-colored Scotch malt whisky unfolds at 61.7%vol. Alcohol content of the finest sherry notes from dried fruits to chocolate to warming spices.
The elegant label with high-gloss metal embossing shows discerning connoisseurs all information about the filling, including the individual bottle number.
The shapely clear glass bottle is protected by an equally appealing, numbered gift box.
